About Our Master
Vinod Kumar Padarthi. MBA
Have dedicated over 25 years to revolutionizing the education sector, blending business acumen with a passion for skill-based learning. My journey began in sales and marketing for EdTech companies, where I specialized in equipping medical and nursing colleges with lab equipment and teaching-learning materials (TLM). This foundational experience laid the groundwork for my deep understanding of educational ecosystems and their operational needs. I transitioned to skill-based education programs for schools, where I discovered my passion for Abacus learning. Co-founding an innovative initiative, I integrated Abacus education into school curricula, pioneering a B2B model that ensured all students in participating schools benefitted. Starting with 10 schools, this initiative grew to over 3,000 schools, receiving widespread acclaim for its impact on students’ focus, memory, and mathematical confidence.
In 2007, my dedication to Abacus led me to master all 10 levels of the program. Conducting my first training session for teachers, I received incredible feedback, which inspired me to continue training educators. Over the past 18 years, I have conducted 20,000 sessions, training more than 100,000 teachers and establishing a strong foundation for Abacus education in India.
